3 . Don't advertise your kid's achievements on social media.
4. Don't advertise your expensive buys on social media.
5. Don't pour out your frustrations especially on marriage on social media.

UNDERSTAND THIS ABOUT LIFE;

1. Not everyone is going to be happy for you.
2. Most of the "nice" comments you get are just fake.
3. You just attracting the evil eye on you & your Family.
4. You are just attracting jealous people into your life.
5. You don't know who is saving your pictures and checking your updates.
6.You really need to stop this because it MAY ruin your life, Family, marriage or even career.

BELIEVE ME - Social media sometimes is the devils eyes, ears & mouth. Don't fall into the devils trap. Let a part of your life remain private please.......if anything, pray in all occassions and the good Lord who sees secretly will answer you publicly.

Tugen Age Set.....Ibinwekab Tugen The Tugen social organisation centres around the age-set, or ibindo. There are seven age-sets (ibinwek) which are rotational, meaning at the end of one ageset new members of that generation are born. The order is roughly as given below. Among the some Kalenjin peoples, an age-set called Maina exists. However, among the Tugen, this ageset is extinct.
