A River flows across many obstacles, when it meets Rocks, it never negotiates with them, it creates it's own way and flows on. It finds trees, thorns, it flows on without negotiations. It is so Powerful that people build Bridges to cross it, when it floods, it carries those who underestimate it mercilessly.

Don't negotiate with your obstacles. By faith create your own way and flow on and the Almighty God will give you strength and courage.

The happiness of your life  depends on the quality of your thoughts. Your mind is a magnet, If you think of blessings,  you  attract blessings; and if you think of problems, you  attract problems. Always cultivate good thoughts and always remain positive and optimistic.
Train your mind to see the good in everything. Positivity is a choice.

Continue to flow despite obstacles.

Tugen Age Set.....Ibinwekab Tugen The Tugen social organisation centres around the age-set, or ibindo. There are seven age-sets (ibinwek) which are rotational, meaning at the end of one ageset new members of that generation are born. The order is roughly as given below. Among the some Kalenjin peoples, an age-set called Maina exists. However, among the Tugen, this ageset is extinct. Legend has it that the members of this ibindo were wiped out by the Keiyo, their cousins in war. For fear of a recurrence, the community decided to retire the age-set.
